The symposium will cover the entire spectrum of both the scientific and clinical elements of this most relevant area of hard and soft tissue grafting for implant reconstruction protocols.

Cancellations must be made in writing by August 5, 2022 to receive a refund. After August 5, 2022 there will be a
$1000 cancellation fee. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for substituting a registrant.
