This is a lecture, hands-on and peer discussion based program and is suitable to all dentists regardless of prior experience.
Cancellations must be made in writing by August 2, 2024 to receive a refund. After August 2, 2024 there will be a
$1000 cancellation fee. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for substituting a registrant.

Cancellations of Pikos Symposium and Pikos Urban pre-congress workshops must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to the scheduled workshop date in order to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to the scheduled workshop date constitute a forfeiture of the workshop registration fee.
